You need:
  1. 1 1/2 pound curd cheese
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 3/4 pounds sugar
  4. 1/4 pounds butter
  5. 1 lemonjuice and peeling
  6. 2 tablespoons semolina
  7. 2 tablespoons potato starch
  8. 1/2 Package Baking Powder

Out of the butter, suger, eggs, curd cheese, semolina, potato starch and backing powder make a dough, put the lemon to it and beat well.

Bake for about 45 minutes at about 180 degrees.
